Livin With Steve (Animated Zombie Cartoon) - Nate and Steve are going to be evicted from their house unless they can find some money fast! So Nate throws a bake sale with his home made meat pies. Lucky for Nate, Steve keep finding piles of fresh meat lying around. Will they raise enough money to keep their home, or is this another half baked plan? Introducing a new animated series from Movie Extra WebFest - "Livin With Steve"

We have just uploaded another 10 free house plans to our website for you to search through. Most of our free house plans have been used to build at least one home, while other house plans have been used over and over.

We have been designing house plans for more than 28 years and have drawn more than 5000 house plans, selling about 350 custom and production plans every year.

Selling house plans on the Internet is not easy with the competition of the large production company's offering tens of thousands of house plans. So about March of 2009, I decided to alter a little code on our website and offer all of our house plans for free, only charging a small processing fee which includes personalizing the plans to include the customers name(s) on the plans. We then generate PDF files from the CAD files and email the free house plan files back to the customer.

These is no limit to the number of plan sets you can print. There is still a license and copyright that needs to be followed, but all our customers can print any number of plan sets as they need to build one house. These are fully documented free house plans, ready for construction.

Take a minute and search through our wide selection of free house plans, and remember that we can modify all of our free house plans to fit your specific needs.
